Tommy Man Fan Club

As many of you know, Tommy Man has some really big dreams. As his mother, I have tried to do my best to put hands and feet to them. However, I am just one person so it is hard to find time to do the due diligence to make some of them happen. I realize that when I went back to teaching a few years ago, I put a few kinks in the process. When I went back, I said it would be for 5 years. Well, somehow that 5th year has arrived. I will have some decisions to make at the end of this year for sure.

In case you weren't aware, we launched the Tommy Man Fan Club last June. It is hard to believe it has been a year already! Tommy set a goal for himself when we launched it to have a fan club member in each state. We realize most of his fan club members are going to come from the one we live in because it is where he is best known. I will admit it is going much slower than I thought whether it be in state or out of state. Still we march on toward the goal. Our current goal all together for the fan club is 1,000 fan club members. We are currently in 6 states including Florida. We had hoped to gain a lot more on the Tommy Man Tour this summer but only gained a couple. The one thing I know is that Tommy Man is persistent. He hands out his Tommy Man Fan Club brochures just about everywhere he goes. When we got back from our 6 week tour this summer, he went looking for a RV to continue traveling and promoting his fan club. He never seems to get discouraged!

There is one thing I know that mom needs to do better is posting on his Facebook, Instagram and website more. There are always so many things going on in my head for my to do list, but promoting on social media is not my go to. While we were traveling this summer, I was posting regularly because of the daily prizes we were giving away. I actually was getting praised by Facebook for the awesome engagement that I was creating. It is hard to do while I am working. Mainly because I am not home during the day to see the things he is up to. Of course, time is an issue as well. I am trying to do better even still.
